I have personally experienced her going to bat for True and honest house appraisals so that clients get a fair chance at the home they so desired. I am the example of this situation and I'm telling you, had she not fought for me, I would not have had the opportunity to buy the condo I have today. True story! Tiffany is always there, even dedicating herself on calls /messages from clients on weekends when she is busy with family time. Buying a home out of state in a crazy market was definitely overwhelming, but from day 1 Tina made herself readily available to begin helping us on our home buying journey. Brandy and Karrie were great! Brandy listened to my interests and the type of home I desired and sent me listings all the time. Karrie was very responsive when I wanted to place bids on properties and sent me the paperwork right away. It is a tough market for buyers right now as it is a sellers market. However I closed on my condo last week and all went well. I highly recommend the Coffey Group.

We could not have gotten a better real estate agent! Living in PA and trying to buy a residence in FL can be very trying/difficult but Sandra made it easy. She did it all for us. She viewed and provided her opinion re the property, she attended the inspection and she attended the final walk through. She also provided recommendations for home insurance and contractors to fix items and inspect our residence when we are not there.
