I am a seasoned buyer/seller, this being the 11th home I have purchased. I have dealt with many realtors and have thoroughly enjoyed working with Omar. He is hard working and very responsive. So many realtors do not like working weekends, but not Omar. If I wanted to see a house he made it happen immediately, which is so important in todays market. When it was time to sell my home, he went above and beyond, from offering to help paint to hiring a professional photographer who did aerial views and a 3d virtual tour. Omar has many contacts and I was under contract before my home even hit the market. He worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect house and negotiated a great price. He is genuine and sincere which is refreshing. I just closed on my new home three weeks ago and am already working with Omar to find an investment property. Clarks knowledge of real estate is excellent. I lived in another state and looked for a new home via long distance. Therefore we home shopped via face time. Clark’s ability to pay attention to the details of my personal likes and needs for a home were priceless to me.
