Moving is a very stressful life event. And with my husband’s difficult travel schedule, four young children and the need for a bigger house on a not so big budget, I knew we would need a top notch realtor to help us navigate the web of selling and buying. So after much research, reading realtor bios, taking recommendations from family and friends, and interviewing multiple realtors, I decided Marcus was the man to lead this charge. We had a tall order for Marcus, especially after deciding to build our new home complicated our timeline. Marcus handled all of our extenuating circumstances with patience and professionalism beyond my expectations. He was always available and responsive, taking my multitude of questions in stride. He employed a very consultative approach and educated me on market conditions relevant to our particular situation so we were able to make informed decisions on both the buying and selling ends. Marcus went above and beyond every step of the way-even verifying my husband’s favorite pizza place delivers to our new address. From the very beginning, Marcus took time to learn about my family’s wants and needs to help us not only find a home that suits our needs but a living situation that fits our lifestyle. I knew we would need competent representation to make our move a success. In the end we felt more than represented, we felt cared for. I sincerely hope we are in our forever home, but if we ever require the services of a realtor again, I know just who to call.
