•I've worked with a number of realtors over the years. Most have been adequate, some have been very good, but Alf was outstanding. I hired Alf to market and sell my parents' home. The home they had lived in for 58 years. For our family this was not just a transactional event, it was an ending of an era. Alf artfully guided us through the process.. From our first meeting I was impressed with his knowledge of the local market and his cogent explanation of the process. He spent a good part of that meeting determining my expectations and needs and suggested a strategy with those in mind. By the end of the meeting I knew he was the right realtor for us. Any questions or concerns I had about the sale or the process were addressed immediately but more often he anticipated such things and contacted me. He went out of his way to be of service. As was my desire we had a quick sale, only 14 days from listing to closing. All of my objectives for the sale were met. And for that, I give all the credit to Alf.
