Jason was excellent. Finding a home is stressful and he made it very easy to find a place without you doing any work. More like a friendship than business relationship. I do not have any complaints.

Jason was awesome. He was recommended to me by a co-worker and we are so glad we went with him. He was always available to answer any questions we had and was very thorough in explaining the house buying process to us while taking us step by step through the process. As first time home buyers, Jason made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. He was very kind, professional, trust worthy and helpful and he REALLY knows his stuff! He gave us some great tips. We highly recommend him to anyone whether you are selling or buying.

She listened to our interest and concerns about what we were looking for in a house etc. Even after we closed, she helped us with an issue with the new roof on our home and sent us a thank you card. Dana combines the needed expertise of the market/home buying-selling process with a totally engaged/personable style that makes her a true joy to work with. And I mean work! She goes so far above and beyond, surprising us at every turn with things we just never expected from a real estate agent; going to bat for us when the appraisal process went sideways, using her legal background to push back on Agriculture use taxes and going the extra mile to help us stage our home. Dan is just plain fun to work with, encouraging us when we got discouraged and being brutally honest with us when it came time to pricing our home. In just 5 months, she pointed us to a piece of land/property and ushered us through the buying process and then quickly shifted hats and had our old home sold in a couple months, both which exceeded our expectations. Dana has a wealth of contacts/resources upon which we drew from reliable/economical contractors to outstanding inspectors to potential home remodelers. Simply put, Dana is "all in" and goes above and beyond the call of duty to craft a great plan/approach and follows up on every detail to take the stress out of a difficult process.

I could not have been more fortunate to have a better agent to represent us. Vicky was instrumental in every stage of the buying process. She was responsive in every way and I never felt like we were waiting on her to provide information. She took our counter offer and negotiated a great deal. She even spent a considerable amount of time dialoging with our bank to make sure timelines were met. She also found a tenant for the property who could not be better. I feel like I want to buy another home just so that Vicky can represent me. Honestly the best agent I ever had from the dozen who have represented me over the years!!!!!!

He really helped us narrow our focus, and extremely patient in locating the perfect home. Which took many months to find.
