I had been thinking about selling my house for a while but I was always too overwhelmed with the prospect of everything that would need to be done to get my home “ready”. I met with Jan very casually and explained my worries and anxiety about the selling process. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. When we did decide to go through with the selling process she was with us every step of the way guiding us. Jan was always very quick to respond anytime I needed her. This woman was amazing. She had to deal with my husband who is older, been in town forever, and pretty impatient. When he would get off of many phone conversations with her, his attitude was like it NEVER is. He always says he gets untrained, basically stupid people when he has to do business . It is never simple. Well, not with this excellent woman. He decided to sell and from day one with Lisa, she was right there with what answers he needed, requests he wanted, you name it, she did it and did it well, fast, and professionally. She is intelligent, pleasant, very organized, professional, and made us feel good about something that is usually a pain in the back. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. She knows her business. I found those qualities in Keelan Cox. While we viewed houses he was honest and straight forward without being dismissive of my inquiries. Keelan was very accessible by phone,text or email and always replied in a timely manner.
