Me and my husband were looking to start the process of buying our first home together. My husband of course started working with a realtor that was very pushy and wanted to make sell rather than helping us find a home that we loved! I was speaking with one of my Good Good girlfriend about our house hunting ordeal and she immediately recommended Monique Fennell. Boy were we lucky to have been introduced to Monique. Because of our previous house hunting experience we wanted someone who was knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable and had our best interest in mind. Monique truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had. She took the time to explain the process to us and listened to the what we were looking for within our home. Not only is Monique professional and competent in her role, but she is also very charismatic, making all communication with her enjoyable. I am generally not one to make endorsements; but, my recent experience of listing and selling my house has encouraged me to do just that. I did a great deal of research on local Realtors before inviting three to interview for the listing. Jonathan Mills clearly made the most professional presentation for the listing. He was well-prepared and had credible responses for all of my questions and comments. Once the listing was secured, he helped prepare my home for showing and sold it over asking before the listing went live. He continued to support me and the sale and, when that buyer unexpectedly backed out, he sold my home AGAIN on the very same day! He has been accessible and professional throughout this process. I cannot say enough about the importance, to me, of working with a supportive and forthcoming Realtor and Jonathan Mills is exactly that. Monique was the perfect realtor you could ask for. Not only was she always in communication with us every step of the way in purchasing our first home, she was also very knowledgeable about all the moving pieces and who to contact. Her recommendations for inspectors, survey companies, lenders, insurance agents and closing attorneys were all top notch! She knows the market, has the contacts, is an Alachua County native, and has the skills to get you into your first home or your first investment property. I would highly recommend Monique as a realtor, and will for sure do business with her again!

Lisa was very efficient and professional in the sale of our property. She worked diligently on getting this property sold. We had a written offer just over a week on the market. She always kept us updated as the sale progressed. Went out of her way to complete everything in record time. To list, sell and close sale in less than a month is awesome. We absolutely love Monique! I needed to find a house for my medically fragile mom, and Monique went above and beyond to make sure that 1) mom was able to come along on all of the searches and 2) that mom’s medical issues were figured in to every part of the process. She knows every back road and short cut- which was handy for us because neither of us had ever been to Gainesville- so she even made the searching part easy for us. Monique will not rest until you find the place that feels like home for you! She notices the little things that you might not. Bottom line- Miss Monique Fennell is a rockstar, and I feel so grateful that she was my realtor! Even after the sale, she came and checked on us. She helped us find all of the resources we’d need to get started in a new city- she’s amazing! A++++++
