Linda Freudenthal was the best realtor I could have asked for!
I was referred to Linda from a realtor in a different area and was extremely happy with her service. My family helped my mother sell her house and move 3 hours away. Over half of the selling process was conducted long distance and Linda made the process easy. She worked tirelessly to get my mothers house on the market and to sell it at a good price. My family dynamic was not an easy one to deal with and Linda used diplomacy and finesse to achieve our common goal. She was sensitive to all of the different personalities and issues involved. She talked a couple people down from ledges and smoothed feathers. Most importantly she treated my mother with great respect and showed genuine concern for her. Linda's communication with me throughout the process was wonderful, she kept me updated continuously and responded to my questions quickly. Her knowledge of the market and area are great. She knew exactly what to do and guided me through the process. Selling your home can be difficult under any circumstances but our situation was especially trying. She made a difficult situation very easy. I would highly recommend Linda Freudenthal as a realtor. I can not say enough about how much she has helped my family. Thank you Linda!
Fantastic
Linda sold my mothers home so I could move her closer to the family. She was fantastic with all areas of the sale. She gave me great advice on what to do to get the property ready to sell as well as guided me through the process of pricing it. My family dynamic was not an easy one to deal with and Linda was an expert at communicating with everyone involved. Most importantly, she treated my mother with respect. We got a good price for the house and Linda made everything so much easier.
