Melissa really made our listing and selling process a breeze. She was always ready to accommodate our busy schedules, coming to our house to do paperwork, or showing up wherever I was on the island. When having open houses and showings we always felt like she was really doing the best she could to help us find buyers and make sure our house was seen. She was always offering to help with cleaning and help with whatever we needed to make our move easier which was SO helpful to us. Even after we left island, Melissa went to our home to make sure the trash got taken out to the street and to help with removing some bigger items from our home. She really went above and beyond to make sure that every single detail was taken care of to remove stress from our plate. Once we left island she took care of everything so all we had to do was sign the paperwork to close. We could not have had a better realtor and selling experience.

I was very picky. I knew exactly what I wanted and i knew my ideal location, and at times it seemed that it was going to be an impossible find. But Sulema was more than experienced and qualified to handle my demands. With her expertise in new construction and her patience with me overall, things just fell into place. Any question, concern, or slight pause I had, she took the time to pull me aside and make sure that my worries were put to rest. She made sure my best interest and that of my girls was truly at heart. And because of it, the experience of finding And designing my forever home was amazing. Sulema Mathews is a real gem! She’s phenomenal.
