I worked with my fair share of realtors, and Melissa is hands down the best one out there, and nothing even comes close. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was available for us at any time, including weekends; she was very active and kept us well informed. What started just as an idea, ended up with us selling and closing our home all under two months. And Melissa Diaz was with us every step of the way. We first met her at an open house, and not only was it the beginning of our housing journey, but most importantly the beginning of what we believe a lifetime friendship with her. Melissa explained the process from beginning to end and was there to answer our questions all along the way. She consistently checked on us everyday and constantly asked if we needed anything to make this whole process comfortable in uncertain times with the market.
