•We were so lucky and grateful to have Susie as our realtor for both buying and selling our home. She is a miracle worker. When we bought our house during the housing market craze of 2021 when every home was getting a multitude of offers, we managed to purchase the first house we put an offer on, and even get a concession from the sellers, all because of Susie’s expertise and ingenuity. Somehow, after 9 days we had not one, but two offers on the house, and we closed less than a month later.
