We were so lucky and grateful to have Susie as our realtor for both buying and selling our home. She is a miracle worker. When we bought our house during the housing market craze of 2021 when every home was getting a multitude of offers, we managed to purchase the first house we put an offer on, and even get a concession from the sellers, all because of Susie’s expertise and ingenuity. When we sold our house in 2025, the market had cooled significantly, and we gave Susie the seemingly desperate task of getting our house completely sold off within 3 months. Somehow, after 9 days we had not one, but two offers on the house, and we closed less than a month later. Working with Susie has been such a pleasure, her talent and dedication to her work shine above the rest, and she is able to make the stress and difficulty of the home buying/selling process manageable, especially for someone like me who is easily overwhelmed.
