Cesar is amazing. He takes the time to understand what you are looking for and finds the perfect places to look at. He helped me find my dream home as well as my smile again. He’s now working with my daughter to find her home. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Megan was very accommodating and helpful in helping us find our new home. We were moving from out of state and occasionally she would tour houses for us on video chat so that we would not miss out on any house while traveling back and forth.

I would highly recommend Cesar Colman to everyone I know if they need a real estate agent. I was buying my first home in Florida and he was extremely patient and expertly guided me through the process. He was willing to show me many potential homes and allowed me to spend as much time as I needed at each home. He was not a high pressure sales agent and provided me with any information I requested. He made the process very easy for me and I can never thank him enough for his guidance. Thank you Cesar!!

Working with Cesar on this special journey has been a wonderful experience. My husband and I feel as though Cesar is not only our realtor but our friend. It's been quite an emotional roller coaster for us as we are first time home buyers but he helped us and guided us through it all the way. Thank you so much Cesar. We love our new home! It feels like we are family now. Your the best!
