I used John to purchase my Villages home. I have bought and sold several homes over the last few years and all the agents I used were pretty much the same, some average and some below average. All of them were all about their profit off you. John is in a different class from all his peers and is really exceptional. He is the best agent I have ever seen. I would describe him as a world class real estate agent. His knowledge of the market and negotiating skills were very impressive and he worked tirelessly for me in a very competitive home buying market to close the deal on the home I had chosen to buy. Because of Johns negotiating skills he saved me alot of money off the purchase price and I was able to purchase my home for far less money than I anticipated having to pay. John was always available day and night for my questions and he proved to me he was more about my satisfaction than how much money he was going to make on the sale. John treats his clients more like friends than clients. He even visited me weeks after the sale to make sure there were no problems he could help me with and I was happy. He exceeded all my expectations. If you are searching for an honest real estate agent you can really trust that will give you exceptional proven performance for your home purchase or sale John is who you want to hire. We were selling my parents' home remotely and Dora made this painful process so much easier! We needed to replace the roof and she recommended a roofer that was able to get the work done quickly and well so the house could be put on the market. Dora worked with me to help me understand what was needed to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. Being remote, required signatures were securely done electronically and all transactions went smoothly. She knows the housing market very well and priced the house so it would sell quickly. She did a great job because we had multiple offers the day the house was listed (yes, we are in a seller's market but she priced it right to attract potential buyers) and we closed on the house in less than a month! I would definitely recommend Dora Campbell!
