Managed condo and handled its sale
So thankful to have had Stephanie Ruiz managing a condo I owned. She was great finding the perfect tenant at the right price. Kept on top of things and in frequent contact with me. When I decided it was time to sell Stephanie was quick to locate a buyer and handled everything necessary to ready the unit for sale. Great job! Mrs. Saco knows what she is doing. Your company is border line on SOCIALISM with this request where i have to agree to your terms and conditions that's show you have no respect for me as a customer and Mrs. Saco as a associate. So I'll never use your company again. Your forced review give the company a ZERO. I'll use Mrs. Saco again but hopefully she will have her own real estate company or work for a company that trust her

Best agent I have ever worked with!
Michelle made the whole buying experience fun, and easy. She is an expert in her field and will guide you through the process and exceed your expectations at ever corner. We live a few hours away, and she was our eyes and ears in Ocala and the surrounding area. She previewed multiple properties for us, sent us videos, pictures, and let us know when it was time to make a trip to put in an offer. The market has been so competitive, with very few listings that match our criteria in our price range. Even with a lack of inventory available, she found us a property that was not listed for sale, and we were able to put in an offer that was accepted. She is a delight to work with, and you will be lucky to have her represent you.

Melissa works hard for her clients as well as with her clients. She knows the market and the trends.
Mellissa is attentive and a good communicator. She also has life skills and financial skills that was beneficial in our case benefit.. Mellissa brokered a deal for us that was to our benefit because she is intuitive and was able to asses the situation and sell the deal to the seller. that meant more money for upgrades. Mellissa is a consummate professional she is generous with her time always quickly got back to us when we called. we heard constantly "if you need something don't be afraid to call". If you have the good fortune to have her working for you she will stay in your corner till the job is finished.
