We were looking for a location near our daughter. He found us a great deal. The listing wasn't definitive so he went there and did a FaceTime (we were living out of state) for us that really clarified the house for us. When we decided to make the offer, he found an inspector for us and helped resolve the few issues we found. He even got us a 1 year warranty. Just moved in and he offered to bring pizza for the move in crew!
