For 1.5-years she patiently supported my wife and I as we transitioned to Columbus, and searched for the right home in a VERY competitive sales market. Tracy's knowledge of the Central Ohio housing market is second-to-none. She consistently kept us up-to-date on the most recent listings, and used her vast network to identify homes coming for sale pre-MLS posting. Always accessible and patient, Tracy would take our phone calls any time of day to discuss plans to show a home or discuss our thoughts of neighborhoods, and draft a competitive buyer offer. When we considered mortgage loan options she responded with her contacts and within hours we were pre-approved. We were looking for a location near our daughter. He found us a great deal. The listing wasn't definitive so he went there and did a FaceTime (we were living out of state) for us that really clarified the house for us. When we decided to make the offer, he found an inspector for us and helped resolve the few issues we found. He even got us a 1 year warranty. Just moved in and he offered to bring pizza for the move in crew!
