My experience with Nicholas Oliver was extrememly smooth, professional and overall a great one. He made it an easy and understanding of buying and closing...(especially for someone who doesn’t understand any of that). Highly recommended and will tell all of my clients at the Landings to call him for buying and selling their homes. Knowledgeable and gets back to you ASAP with any questions or concerns. He made my buying experience so quick and I couldn’t have been happier!!

As a young professional new to Savannah and a first time home buyer, Nick was wonderful to work with. He was incredibly responsive and helpful and we walked through the process of finding the perfect home.

We listed our Isle of Hope home in January and it was closed by mid February. Thanks to Nick Oliver's marketing skills and aggressive approach we had a contract within 4 days. We found Nick professional and responsive throughout the process. He made this process incredibly easy for us!
