I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell a home the right way. He was quick and professional without the uncertainty and run-around that you can get from some realtors. Our neighbor's house sat on the market for almost a year and sold for less than what they paid for it despite upgrades. Needless to say, we were worried. We had to move for work and it needed to happen quickly, so we accepted that we probably would make no money on the sale as well. When Nick told us to list our house for a 25% increase, we almost laughed him out of the room.
