Sarah is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and will work endlessly to find you the house you want. We went into this house buying process with nearly next to no knowledge of how it worked. She broke everything down and explained everything in detail. Providing references of contacts and also of where to look for resources. Along the way we had many questions and she would be there to answer them. She knew our budget, timeline, what we liked and didn't like and took that into consideration. She explained a lot of stuff on site as well as to what we should look out for in a property. When we were looking it was a very fast turn around time and she worked hard to meet all the deadlines we were met with. When we did get down to that final offer she gave us great advice as to what to expect in the process and how final offers worked, what our options were etc. We ended up with our offer getting accepted and saving some money which was really nice. All in all I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a house or sell one. She will work hard and help you immensely making it a much easier process.

Jonna was personal and relatable and we were able to build a friendship after our house buying experience. Jonna was knowledgeable, and super flexible and always enthusiastic and gave us great advice but did not try to push us to make decision if we were not comfortable. We put in 13 offers and Jonna was super patient and gave us all the tools we need not just to be successful with our purchase but making sure we didn’t pay too much when the market was crazy in 2021. We have used Kyle to sell several of our homes. He is very knowledgeable about the market and gave us an honest valuation of our property. We thought our home would sell right away but the market had not really started to pick up for the spring so it took a bit longer that we had anticipated. In that time Kyle prompt and continued to touch base with us and let us know the feedback and how to improve our property from the feedback. After the accepted offer. There were a few issues that needed to be taken care of. Kyle was very helpful with providing contractors to help finish the work at a reasonable cost and quality work. From start to finish Kyle followed through each detail making sure it all was finished by closing.
