Jorge kept calling me because I had once flirted with the selling of my condo. Jorge would call and say "so are you still considering selling?" I'd think what a pain that this guy is always calling me. Then it hit me... I thought wait a minute. If he's fighting this hard to get my listing, then he'll likely fight even harder to get a sale. So I listed. He had a showing right away. That showing produced a cash offer and 2 weeks later I was homeless. As I write this, my bank account is full, my things are in storage and I'm sleeping on an air mattress at a buddies house. Fear not though. I close on my new beach condo this Monday. Shonn was absolutely amazing. He was always on time, determined and knowledgable.. What more can you ask for? I have already refered some friend and family members to him because I had such a wonderful experience. I asked soooo many questions and felt like I was even asking him questions he didn't need to answer but he still did. Shonn goes out of his way to make sure you have the home of your dreams and oh boy... I have the home of my dreams :D <3 . I seriously wouldn't have chosen to work with anyone else BUT Shonn. Shaunda helped review the comps and suggested the right list price. Her marketing drove a large number of buyers to view home. She made suggestions on how to prep the house to maximize it's potential to buyers, suggested vendors for inspection items and a mortgage company for the closing, and kept us up to date with weekly feedback and comments from prospective buyers. Jorge is a very motivated individual. He was available any time of the day that I had a question or concern about closing on our home. He coordinated very well with my Loan Officer and submitted any and all paperwork very quickly upon request. He even took time out of his day after we closed to help move us in! I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely be calling him back when it comes time to buy another house!
