Dawn went above and beyond to assist me in the sale of my home out of state and the purchase of my new home. In terms of my new purchase, she was a rare gem that even picked me up to take me to several listings and my closing, as I was very nervous about navigating the new town and getting lost. When we first started looking for property in central Florida, Cindy Brads was recommended to us. We are so glad that we followed up on that. We are from out of state and have not been in the real estate market for 30 years so we relied heavily on Cindy's advice and expertise. When we finally visited central Florida and met Cindy in person, we immediately knew that she was the right agent for us. She was friendly and informative and immediately set us at ease. Our twentysomething daughter is working in the area and accompanied Cindy on several tours after we returned home. Cindy went out of the way to make our daughter comfortable.
