In terms of my new purchase, she was a rare gem that even picked me up to take me to several listings and my closing, as I was very nervous about navigating the new town and getting lost. When we first started looking for property in central Florida, Cindy Brads was recommended to us. We are so glad that we followed up on that. We are from out of state and have not been in the real estate market for 30 years so we relied heavily on Cindy's advice and expertise.
