This is my second time using sheila to purchase a home. The first time went great back in 2018. This time I used her to sell my home and also Buying my new home. She handled everything and made sure to keep me updated with anything happening during the buying & selling of my old & new home. I had a very unique house that was very hard to get qualified for and negotiated everything to get me the best possible deal. Truly a master at her craft. Would highly recommend to anyone buying in the Cleveland Area.

We sold our home with CallahanandKroll and never meeting the Anne within 5 min I felt very relaxed. I have never sold or bought a home and was going into this blind. I think Anne could see this and had the patience in the world with me. I trusted her from the start and put everything in her hands and in a few days the house was sold. She also sold our neighbors home. Anne is very motivated,kind and will be there for every need you have. She also stays in contact with you every step of the way so you know how things are going.. The house went up for sale and was sold in a day or so I can’t remember because it sold so fast I want to say one day and we got over our asking price. If I had to do it again I would make the same choice in Reality Company.. HONEST AND TRUE.

I had Anne Callahan as my buyers agent. She was great and easy to work with. I didn't give her much time to help me find the right house, but she did it. She took the little bit of time we had and learned my interest and skills in order to find me the right home. I expressed to her the kind of house I was looking for which wasn't an easy find by all means. Any time I was looking for an explanation/more information, it was given, no matter the question, in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with her/the agency and look forward to having the opportunity to work with them in the future!

Anne Callahan helped my wife and I sell our house about s years ago when we decided to downsize and move to a nearby apartment complex. She came highly recommended by my wife’s friend, after she sold her house in one day. Anne is a true professional and very patient. She started working with us when we were in the “We’re thinking about selling our house” stage, then the “Let’s get our house ready to sell” stage, followed by the “We need to sell this house today” stage; which ultimately led to the “Thank you Anne for selling our house so quickly” stage. Three years later, Anne worked with us again. This time she worked with us during the “We’re thinking about buying a house” stage, then the “Let’s look at what’s out there” stage, followed by the “We need to find a house today” stage; which ultimately led to the “Thank you Anne for finding us the perfect home” stage. In between all of our stages together, Anne found the perfect home for our granddaughter as well!
