Charlie was outstanding! What a great personality! Each house we looked at, he first looked at what possibly could be major expenses. The advice he gave us was always right. His knowledge and experience of houses and the market really showed. He recommended a mortgage lender who is just as outstanding as Charlie. We had other realtors a couple years ago. We couldn't wait to end the contract with them. What a tremendous difference between them and how they treated us, and how respectful Charlie has treated us. He keeps us informed and explains things we don't understand. It's been so wonderful! He negotiated our deal and we got the house we really wanted, with some unexpected benefits! He also handled the sale of our house and got us a lot more than we expected. It all happened so fast, we couldn't be happier!

The housing market has been crazy and competitive and for 2 years, Anne and Kevin committed to helping me find the perfect home for my family.
