They say the best compliment is a referral and that’s exactly what we intend to do for Janet Dauber. After researching area realtors to list our home, I came upon Janet. For many reasons, including her satisfied client feedback, I felt she was the best fit for my husband and I. I can’t take all the credit but hit the nail on the head when signing with Janet. She came to our home and while gracefully giving suggestions of what we, as sellers, could do to potentially maximize our appeal & position to the market, she also took into consideration our attachment to the home when giving said suggestions. During any time we had a question or concern during the entire process (from listing throughout closing) she was readily available via phone call, text, or email. She ensured we felt that we were her top priority. Another point that made Janet stand out amongst other realtors we interviewed, she was the only realtor to ask us “what things would benefit your realtor knowing so I can better meet your needs, what is important for me to know”? Janet’s priority on understanding her client’s needs and expectations so she could better meet said items was important to us. We had a wonderful selling experience with our home and absolutely recommend Janet Dauber. One piece of advice if I may to future sellers, too often I see others not able to emotionally detach themselves from their home during the listing process. Detaching yourself and looking at your home through the eyes of potential buyers will hit your bottom line in all the right ways. De clutter. Freshen up the outside and curb appeal. Neutralize your walls. It’s worth every penny invested to do these items!
