•Richard Hampton is very knowledgeable and professional. He is a good listener and understood my real estate needs. He did an analysis of what similar properties sold for in the area. Based on this analysis and on upgrades that I did to my townhouse Richard recommended a list price for the property that was very fair and accurate. After 24 hours on the market my townhouse sold for the asking price. The buyer paid cash for the property and did not require a home inspection. The whole process went smoothly and it was painless. I believe that this was due to Richard’s knowledge of the market and his outstanding people skills I give Richard the highest recommendation possible and recommend his services without reservation.
