DeeAnn is an expert in what she does, she learned quickly our likes and dislikes, lines up a multitude of showing, even FaceTimed open houses that were a match to be able to move quickly. She went above and beyond as we shifted gears to a in process new build and showed her experience and expertise, challenging the builder to make the changes she knew we would want. DeeAnn was amazing. She was very patient with us while we were searching for a house. She assessed our requirements fairly quickly and steered us in the right direction. DeeAnn always made herself available to look at properties and even met us at the house we ultimately purchased on the way back from a family trip. She was prepared and did research on any property that we looked at and often scouted the property before we viewed it. She performed market research to ensure that the pricing was competitive. We used DeeAnn to both purchase our current home which we love and to sell the home we moved from. On the house that we sold, we followed DeeAnn's advice on decluttering, painting and staging and we had an offer on the house within several days of putting it on the market. We closed on the house a couple of weeks later. DeeAnn is a very professional and smart about how she helps clients buys and sells home. She knows the business well and has a great network to help throughout the process of buying or selling such as contractors, lenders and mortgage companies. We love DeeAnn and highly recommend her!!
