Kati had the contacts needed to get prep work done at reasonable price and time. I hired her to advise me on how best to get house ready for sale and sell it. She was very forthcoming gave me her advice , I decided to listen to her and follow her lead , I asked questions made suggestions and such but in the end I listed to what she suggested.
