A co-worker recommended I talk with Alison Crawford about fixing up, staging and selling my house. From the first phone call to the closing on the house, she was always very friendly, helpful and professional. Our house had been used as a rental and Alison made perfect recommendations as to paint colors and improvements that would attract potential buyers. We had potential buyers before we even finished up the house to put on the market and Alison worked with them and kept me well informed. In the end, we did end up with a buyer the night before it was to go on the market and we got more out of the house than we were expecting. Working with Alison was the best experience I have ever had with a real estate agent and I would recommend her to any of my friends or co-workers.

Bill is the consummate professional and is absolutely first class. He treated us as if we were best friends throughout the entire process. Bill knows real estate and the market but he really knows people. He often had the answers before I had questions and ensured that our closing was smooth and stress Free. Also, kudos to the entire Jeff Fountain Team and their assistant Kaye for being so responsive through every step of the process. I highly recommend Bill and will be sure to get him to help us with all our future real estate transactions. If you need a great Realtor, I got a guy.

I was truly impressed by Alison's attention to detail and professionalism. She displayed a very kind demeanor which made it easy for me to describe my wants and needs to her and she is a great listener. She went well and beyond the call of duty. She spent a lot of her personal time to assist me with making logically decisions. I was really impressed by her hands on nature, the late hours, and her ability to keep me informed of all changes and or new approaches to getting a great sale. I was just coming home from a very stressful deployment and Alison relieved me of a lot of worry during this process. The home needed a facelift and my decorative skills are non existent to put it mildly but she happily lent hers to me. I felt so lucky to have her in my corner which enabled me to decompress and enjoy my family. I highly recommend Alison Crawford to any current home buyers or sellers.
