Gwen was introduced to my daughter and I when we were looking to purchase our home, I was not familiar with the terminology or the process however Gwen explained the entire process thoroughly she even recommended a lending agent in the area which we ended up using, Her help was invaluable to us, she is very knowledgable , personable, patient and generous with her time including Sundays. She answered all our questions about buying a home which can be challenging. Gwen made it straightforward as possible. we highly recommend Gwen.

Gwen initially did the impossible and found me a pet friendly rental home in the middle of the summer when my circumstances changed last minute and I couldn’t buy a home like I wanted to. Then 2 years later Gwen found me my dream house. She always goes “beyond her job as my realtor” and helped me pick out the perfect interior colors and is always available when I have a question about anything. She is very knowledgeable about the business and gives great advice and makes this “scary” process smooth and easy and even though I had a few wrinkles (due to my seller) she managed to work through it and I am now in the home of my dreams.
