•The property I was needing Lamar to help me with was one that I didn’t want to sell but one I was being forced to sell. I don’t typically trust realtors and I didn’t initially realize how it was affecting my willingness to get things done on my end. Lamar was effective at managing me throughout the process and pushing me to ensure the property was sold. His consistent communication throughout the process was unfaltering. I needed to consistently leverage the services a realtor provides and really came through by making repeated visits to the property to ensure everything got done that needed to be done. As someone who’s completed a few real estate transactions by myself and understood the process, I couldn’t have got this one done without his help. Even though this was my first time working with Lamar, I’m already considering how we can work together more closely in the future.
