When it came to the sale of our house, Margaret went above and beyond. You only have to look at a few listings to know how important quality photos are to your house getting good traffic. Margaret gave us great advice on cleaning up and staging our house, and then brought in a professional to take photos and video footage. It looked great. We had multiple showings and were scheduled to have an open house, but ended up with a cash offer in 3 days! Her energy and professionalism really helped us put things into action. Margaret took us to look at several homes to buy, and has a great blend of letting you form your own opinion but then also pointing out things you might have missed. She is very honest and it never feels like she's just trying to make a deal. We found a house that we loved and, unfortunately, had issues with the appraisal. After we initially lost the house, Margaret was creative and aggressive (in a good way) and worked to get the house back. It took a little extra time and patience, but now we are in the house that we wanted and didn't have to settle for anything less, and it's all because of Margaret. Whenever we are ready to buy or sell again, Margaret will be the person we call!

Ashley did her research in preparing to deal with an Condominium Board whose bylaws and attitudes were stuck in the 60's and 70's. Fortunately we were able to sell the property without difficulty from the Association, but she worked with other agents whose sales were being challenged to insure we would be able to close when our unit was sold. We received a weekly update that included the comparable listings that also kept us updated. Considering we the owners were out of state she did a good job providing feedback from showings. Our documents were prepared correctly at the time of sale as well. Ashley met and exceeded expectations overall.

I recently sold my home in Oviedo, Fl. with it being on the market for only three or four days. The accolades go out to my very assertive and professionally credible realtor, Margaret Steiner. She immediately got the sale information out to the media outlets which also included an awesome video showcasing my home. Margaret is very practical in suggesting any improvements that "do" or "do not" need to be done in order to help sale a home. We easily came to a decision in listing the best home price for my needs. She did background checks on any offers to find out if they were stable as well as feasible for an unproblematic sale. The results: A cash buyer with the total transaction taking about three weeks. In saying all of the wonderful things about Margaret, you must also realize that it is imperative that you do your part in helping her do her job. Clean up, tidy up, paint the interior as needed and most important clean and replace those nasty carpets. Also, realize that the buyers first impression starts at the street. To beat the competition, your front appeal has to be well manicured with a "welcome home" entrance. It has to look like you loved it.

Dusty understands the Orlando market, and is very familiar with College Park and historic neighborhoods in the area. She has a special appreciation for older homes with their unique character and high quality construction, although she would be a good choice for new ones, too. We sold our home in record time this summer. It was such a relief in this tough market. She was helpful and informative as we got the house ready for sale, completed paperwork and set an asking price. She was prompt when I needed to get in touch with her even though we had moved out of state. Negotiations with buyers were handled with a finesse that reflected her experience and knowledge.
