This is the Second time using Margaret this year. We out grew our house in under 10 months. After talking to her and telling her our needs and what we were looking for. Ms. Ashley worked with me for about a year to find a home that fit my requirements. She is very knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy, just to name a few. She was always on time and worked within my schedule. After negotiating a contract she 'held my hand' in getting and working with a mortgage lender, getting the inspections, recommending contractors, supplying the companies and phone numbers for the utilities, getting me through closing, and everything else that would drive a buyer crazy but it's just a routine day for Ms. Ashley. My wife and I just settled on our home here in sunny Central Florida. I had a KW agent that I used in Delaware to purchase and sell multiple properties and not knowing anyone in Florida I reached out to him for assistance. He conducted phone interviews with several KW agents and chose Margaret for us. HE COULDN'T HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE!!!!!!!!! From the first time we spoke to Margaret she has been on point with the entire process.
