Kathy Hereford is truly a gem! We had a cross country move into a rental, and ultimately our new home. We found Kathy online and we chose her because she was so highly rated by other users. She did not disappoint! From our first visit out to check out the area, to closing on our home one and a half years later (new build), she was with us every step of the way! She doesn't just focus on the home buying/selling process, she was a wealth of information for us in finding a school and extracurriculars for our kids. If I had a question about ANYTHING, I would call Kathy and she would immediately answer or call/text back right away, and supply me with contacts or referrals for anything our family needed! She was instrumental in the actual purchase of our home - she is very knowledgeable in her field, and was extremely diplomatic in handling sensitive situations with our contacts at the builder.
