Sarah has gone above and beyond to making what can already be a daunting experience easy and enjoyable! Home buying has so many moving parts and our acquisition of this new home from my grandfather had some exceptionally difficult hurdles. Sarah was able to navigate each and every one confidently and with a smile making it much easier on us and aleviating any concerns that came up. My wife and I have known Kathy for a long time (since we purchased our home back in 2016) and knew that when we were ready to move on to our next adventure, she was the person we wanted by our side, helping us through the trials and tribulations of selling our home. It was a real roller coaster ride, but one thing that kept us sane was Kathy's positivity and unwavering belief that we could achieve our goal. Her attention to detail, professionalism and communication skills are second to none, but the one thing that really sets her apart is the fact that we could contact her at any time, day or night, and a reply would be received almost before it had been sent!We are now happily settled in our new home (although we still have a few more boxes than we would like!), but we are looking forward to inviting Kathy to visit us to enjoy a chat and a coffee and show her the fruits of her labor!
