His background as a General Contractor gave us a ton of insight when working with the builder to make everything was being done properly. Curtis took the initiative to drive on site and send us videos as well as note any potential remediation items that came up. We found Curtis through the KW network as we shifted our home buying range to central Florida. From the gate he was attentive, responsive and a great communicator. We had several communities in mind and Curtis shared his expertise on the pros and cons of each while helping us pinpoint the perfect location for our family. We made a decision on a new build and with Curtis’ help we quickly signed. He made sure to keep us on track with upgrades and continued to go above and beyond his duties by sending almost bi-weekly updates on construction as well as checking in to make sure we were happy with service. Curtis was always there for inspections, walk throughs and other appointments even when it was not required. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy and for guidance in the home buying process as his attention to detail, skills in navigating home buying and overall customer service were top tier. We found him to be straightforward, respectful and most of all - knowledgeable. Curtis would be a great asset to anyone entering into the home buying arena. 10/10!

Mayra is a wonderful person and she is a great realtor. She was knowledgeable on the market, attentive to what I was looking for, and well-connected with other realtors in the area (she knew the seller realtor of the apartment I ended up purchasing!). At the start of the process, she provided me with a booklet that walked through all the steps to buying a house, and she was there to help me at my closing in case I had any questions as well. She was also able to move quickly...we closed on my place in under a month, and I was not a cash buyer! Overall, I hold her in high esteem and am grateful for her support through the whole journey.

Jessica was great throughout the whole home selling process! She had an awesome way of being both professional and knowledgeable, yet seeming more like a new friend than someone you’d hired. Her suggestions for what to do before selling were helpful and easy (changing a bathroom paint color was the extent of it) and the photos of our house she had done were amazing! I attribute our ability to actually buy our house to Jessica’s suggestion of writing a letter to the previous owners, which apparently worked! Our story with Mrs. Dollar goes back almost 7 years. We met Mrs. Dollar back in 2016 when my parents closed on their home. I remember, my father led the charge in that process and was so determined. Running into a couple of pitfalls that discouraged him, Mrs. Dollar brought a light that helped him to believe that being a homeowner after the storm, was possible. She found "that home" for them, when they least expected, while she was on "vacation". She returned quickly to show the home, the rest is now history. Through the years, she continously kept my parents in the loop, gave beautiful pies to them during the holidays, even included us and we weren't even clients yet. During this time, we would call Mrs. Dollar with questions about this and that and the other and she'd always answer, no air of frustration in that we weren't even in the game to buy. She patiently remained on standby. She's been with my family even after loosing our patriarch, my Veteran, my father. At our lowest, she was still there, still caring and seeing about my mother, still answering questions. We saw the urgent need to make this happen with getting a home, for our kids, for my mom.....in honor of my father. Mrs. Dollar believed in us, thru it all and when we became ready for this milestone, she was there. We thought that this process wouldn't occur until later in the year as we figured the ideal home wouldn't come no time soon. She worked the same magic she did with my father....she found "that home", when we least expected it. Near my mom, same school district, not too far from everything. She made it happen. She even advocated for us when there was a discrepancy with the rate lock. She didn't hesitate to get that corrected. This woman was the gem my father set up to help guide us to homeownership. Another gift he gave to me after his transition. I will refer her to ANYONE who thinks it's impossible, ANYONE who knows its possible, ANYONE that is a person. Thank you, Mrs. Dollar.
