Jessica was my wife and I's agent for purchasing our first home, and we could not imagine a better experience. Throughout the process she was extremely responsive, guided us through all the unknowns, and was very flexible with our busy work schedules. Being our first time we didn't know what to expect, and Jessica made it easy and seamless. She also fought hard on our behalf when unexpected challenges arose either in the contracting, information disclosures, or when the sellers were simply being unattentively. In the years since we have bought our home, I have recommended Jessica to at least ten different friends, co-workers, and even my own parents. Each that has worked with Jessica has the same comments about her attentiveness, flexibility, and knowledge. For one of my co-workers, Jessica assisted with both selling his home, and recommending a contractor for repairs (prior to selling), all while he was working out of the country! In addition to buying and selling support, Jessica has routinely been a source of great knowledge regarding vendors and contractors in the area, and the process for gaining real estate information. She helped provide information on the process for gaining building plans, and even recently provided recommendations for stucco and paint contractors on the exterior of our home (whom we ended up using!). We purchased our home over 7 years ago in 2015 and to this day, any time we have a question about our home or real estate in general, my wife and I's first though is always "we should ask Jessica." Without fail, Jessica always comes through with the information and support we were looking for. In our minds, we truly could not ask for any more out of a real estate agent. It sounds cliché but Jessica did really start as our agent and ended as our friend.

Jessica helped me purchase and sell this home. When looking to sell I knew I had to reach out to Jessica first because of the care and knowledge she provided when I purchased the home. Her knowledge of the market and process was always incredibly helpful and she never hesitated to make sure I had all the information I needed. She got the job done efficiently but always made me feel like my time was valuable. She even helped me find a realtor where I was moving which helped ease my mind during that process. The call to list to the closing of my home was an incredibly tight timeline but she got it all accomplished with ease and grace. I never had to ask where things were in the process, she always provided me with timely updates throughout.
