We know a lot goes into purchasing a home. Let alone when you compound that with not only being first time home buyers but also having it be a new build construction. Luckily, we found Sophia and Jeff Rogers who truly assuaged a lot of our apprehension and stress! Having their expertise really allowed us to feel confident throughout the home buying experience. This may seem lightly said, but when we say “jouney” we genuinely mean journey since it was really close to two years of waiting for the builder to deliver our home. In between that timeframe there was a lot of unknown for us, where we truly relied on Sophia and Jeff to guide us on what to expect, if a situation within the building process was normal, or simply walking us through the right way to call out items and push back on the builder. Sophia and Jeff were able to steer us in the right direction and come to our defense on multiple occasions with the builder. The biggest and brightest moment that will forever stay with us is when the builder installed our roof two days before Hurricane Ian hit Orlando and the city was already in a State of Emergency. Since the roof didn't have enough time to settle the shingles were easily ripped off. After a year and half into the building process, this was when we finally hit our breaking point as the builder refused to fully replace the roof and only patched it up. Claiming that would be good enough. Sophia was able to intervene and escalated our concerns up the ladder to her insider contact within the builder's company. She came to bat for us and got us a completely new roof to be fully replaced! Another profound time for us was during our pre-drywall walkthrough with the builder that Jeff was able to identify and call out items we completely missed or didn't even recognize as an issue needing to be fixed. Having him there really allowed us to feel reassured. We couldn't be more thankful for everything Sophia and Jeff did for us. We’d highly recommend them any day.

I chose Mr. Andre because I wanted someone my husband and I could rely on and trust. I knew of him and saw (through Facebook) that he was making moves. So, I figured he would be reliable and trustworthy to help us sell our home and purchase a new one. Unfortunately, we were disappointed from the start. There were many times when he was late to appointments and times when he didn't show up at all. There were also lots of missed calls and calls that were simply not returned. His communication with us was slim to none. It became apparent that we were not a priority to him. We were left to figure out things on our own, which made us miss out on opportunities that would have benefited all parties involved. Although things worked out for my husband and I in the end, I cannot give Mr. Andre all the credit for it. He did help us out with one aspect of this process, that was significant but, that was overshadowed by dishonesty. It is sad to say but, I would not recommend him to any of my family nor my friends.

Once we met Stefanie we knew she was the realtor for us. My daughter, a first time home buyer, needed the guidance and patience Stefanie provided. Of course we had our perimeters, location, price, safety etc. and Stefanie respected our wishes. My wife had a stroke and aphasia. We lived in a house that was designed by her and decorated…we had to leave because of the steps. All attention, of course, was on her. We began looking for either a ranch house of a flat apartment…we found an apartment. Ms. Dollar treated us like family from the very beginning. She treated my wife with the upmost respect. We told her it would be a challenge to sell our house. She stayed with us and led the way in getting it sold. It took awhile due to the economy. She NEVER got discouraged or allowed us to be! She called often not just about the house, but to check on my wife! I highly recommend highly, both, the real estate company and Ms. Dollar. She still calls!! When we went to closing my wife was little upset, the lawyer, Mr. Sandlin, allowed us to sign the paperwork without waiting for the buyers, and Ms. Dollar was there to help assure my everything was fine! Anyway, we, I want to thank Brenda Dollar for everything she did for us and continues doing! Brenda Dollar is THE BEST!!
