Ben was a great help and a source of calmness in a very stressful situation where our buyer was not communicating well. He was always on top of what needed to be done and any forms that needed to be signed. He was very professional, and took extra precautions for COVID-19. He also helped negotiate for the home we purchased, and he worked very hard to get all that we needed when there were issues even after the move. He is a persistent, hard worker as a realtor.

I can in all honesty say I will never work with any other realtor again. Christa and her team are nothing short of amazing! She helped us buy our new house and sell our previous house. She made everything so easy for us and helped us every step along the way! Christina if your reading this.... THANK YOU FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME! :) Now, I've purchased homes in the passed and I've used other relators. They were all good but as being Self-Employed your schedule can be all over the place. Christina understood that and accommodated me very well. She was always available and if I called and she didn’t answer she made sure to send me a text. If I needed to see a house RIGHT NOW she made sure she figured out a way to get me in there. She was also very patient with me, I knew by this time what I wanted in a home and I didn’t want to just settle. Because I was not going to settle I seen way to many houses to count.
