Our Agent, Michael Cardinali with the Brown Home Group was a godsend. He walked us through the very difficult process of purchasing our first home in a very competitive market. He was responsive to every question and above all else has a skill that most lack nowadays..listening. He listened to our needs and our must haves for our children. There was never a moment of “well I know it’s not everything but let me show you this” he is a constant communicator ensuring we were comfortable with with the properties and offers. A good realtor knows how to pick you up after the disappointment of an unaccepted offer - Michael handled that like a pro each time . In this market, we felt the competition but always felt like we being competitive with our offers and guidance from Michael, we were able to close on a house after a few short months while others have been looking for much much longer. I can’t recommend Michael Cardinali from the Brown Home Group Enough. If you need a real estate agent, he’s your guy!

Buy a house is not new to me as I own and directly manage all 8 of my rental houses in Chicago area.
