I was looking for a new home in the Ocala area and did not have a realtor. Joe Southard stepped up and took care of all the details. I was driving several hours to view houses and Joe arranged to have them in order. I found my new home on the first day. Joe convinced me to offer $10,000 less than I was going to (with an escalation clause) and I got the house, saving the $10,000.
