Kimmy is an amazing realtor who cares about you and wants you and your family to succeed. We had a traumatic year after my Mother passed away and had to spend a lot of time clearing out her house and doing an estate sale all during a pandemic and the summer smoke from the fires in E. WA. She came to the sale and handed me a business card. I had interviewed 4 other brokers. So I gave her a call she was very sweet on the phone. Kimmy was the only one who walked in the door with a 12 page comparative market analysis on the home. she had lots of ideas how to present the home for sale, we all went to work. She helped us with donation ideas, hired a photographer, bought welcome mat and flowers for the entry door. When we got an offer after the first few days she went to work keeping us posted during the offer stages and onto inspection. Unfortunately that buyer backed out after he found out from digging up the yard he could not turn my Mother's mid century modern home into apartments because the lawn did not perk. So Kimmy put us back on the market. She helped coordinate many many buyers, always there to tell me things will be o.k. After several weeks we had a new buyer. To expedited the sale she offered to help us pay for tree removal and trimming, tearing down the deck, removal of the deck and also offered to help pay for and pick up the new wood for the deck replacement. Kimmy helped us with the paperwork for the county, the title company, the lawyer and also the decontamination of the old oil tank. We had a lot on our plates and Kimmy was there every step of the way for our family. We made it thru inspection and appraisal and sold the house to some folks from CA who plan on nurturing the home and bringing it back to it's mid century modern beauty. Kimmy was there for us when we needed her. I call her our real estate angel. If you are looking for a hard working, caring, thoughtful person to help you sell or buy a home Kimmy is the one for you and your family.
