I would give 100 stars if I could! Teya is our go-to realtor and we highly recommend her. She is professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic! Considering COVID restrictions and we are out-of-state, she did an excellent job of handling in-depth video tours, and all transactions digitally. Teya was key in making our purchase in Bremerton happen. She was quick to give us all the information we needed from looking at the property, finding financing and the inspections needed to close the deal. She checks in with recommendations for help with the property. She is the best!!!!

We lived in San Francisco and contacted Teya when we were serious about moving. We trusted her rave reviews online and we never doubted our choice. The first day we met with her in Port Townsend, she had about 8 properties for us to look at, all in different neighborhoods. She had done lots of homework and had more info on each property than we could handle! She answered all of our questions, mostly before we knew to ask them! We did end up buying one of those houses and she handled everything long distance. Teya made the whole “awful” process of buying a house pretty painless. She has the BEST laugh & we heard it a lot.
