We initially met Kristin responding to a home for sale via Zillow. The home was not a match, but Kristin showed us a second home the same day. After reviewing the two houses, Kristin was able to really zone in on the type of home we were looking for and the perfect area. Our next trip w/ Kristin was filled with the right homes! She hit the nail on the head on every single home she showed us. We made a full offer but... in the crazy market we are in, did not get the home. Here is when Kristin transitioned from a realtor to a partner. As new homes hit the market, Kristin reached out to let us know what she thought was/was not a fit... and made sure we had an opportunity to see the homes early. In a market full of competition and homes selling for over asking, we were able to get our dream home on the island for a very fair price. Thank you, Kristin. As you know, getting an accepted offer is one hurdle... and Kristin remained a solid partner through the inspection, appraisal, and closing. Taking phone calls in the evenings and on the weekend was no problem, and Kristin responded to all all calls and texts very quickly. She also helped us keep things in perspective when issues came up (trust me, issues will come up) and gave solid advice/options. We found Kristin by luck... and we are happy we did. We have no doubt she made the home buying experience a lot less stressful - and saved us money in the process.

At our first meeting with Kristen and Shane, we were impressed how they approached the updating and selling of our house with such sincerity and honesty. Throughout the entire process, we felt that they were determined to do their very best for us.
