Kristin has a residential lot listed for us. We decided to make a trip to lower Alabama to look at new builds and reached out to Kristin to see if she would be our buyer agent. We didn't anticipate finding something only a couple of hours after landing in Pensacola. We didn't give Kristin much time to get the ball rolling but we were informed that there was another couple very interested in the home. Kristin worked with the builder agent that evening to get the contract in place. Kristin was outstanding at keeping us informed throughout the process. She even helped us find an insurance agent. Kristin did an amazing job at finding us the perfect home. She was very patient with us and our long lists of “wants and needs “ and we got it! She has been very supportive with us as the rules in Alabama are different from Alaska where we left 4/28 and drove two vehicles over 5k miles to find our forever retirement home for us and our dog.
