Jay was cray helpful from the beginning to the end. He recommended a great mortgage broker, Washington Equities. He helped us negotiate a fair price on the home we bought. He listed and sold our current residence at a price we were glad to get. And was instrumental in coordinating the timing of both transactions. The attorney he recommended, Ron Arrick, was also great to work with. Jay is a full time Realtor who works with a team of professionals who make the home buying and selling process as painless as possible. Highly Recommend!!!
