Bought our house on March 3, 1988, believe the deal went thru in April of that year. We moved down the end of 89 and lived on Tahiti with Great Neighbors & friends. We fished bunches (when we were younger) and loved the Beach with all our hearts... That is till Helena came and did its thing. Called Sarah who we knew, lived on the Beach and was selling a lot of houses. After talking to Sarah the first time it was apparent she knew the Real Estate business & was a professional, so we gave our house to her to sell. She sold our house within a week and a half.. You can't beat that for Knowledge & professionalism.

Ashley was outstanding from the first time that I communicated with her to the buying of my new home and then the sale of my previous home. She listened to my needs and found exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely patient with me and was never pushy as I experienced in the past with other agents.
