•My wife and I loved working with Kate for the sale of our home. We cannot recommend her more highly. She made a turbulent ride during the time of Covid as smooth as possible. She is a wonderful communicator and a joy to work with. Kate went the second mile in the journey to sell our home. She was always positive. Whenever we asked her a question--even if it was one we'd already asked mulitple times--she quickly responded and always with a smile. We never felt like we were imposing upon her which has not been our experience in other home sales. Kate also did an incredibly extensive market analysis preparing our expectations for the sale of our home. Kate also marketed our home to markets in California and Washington that are moving into the Treasure Valley and kept us updated regularly on the interest our house was receiving. Kate is not just our realtor, but we now consider her our friend. Thank you, Kate!
Prior to working with Kate, my husband and I have had a few homes that we've bought and sold. By far, Kate is the best realtor we've ever worked with. With Kate, we had a realtor who spent time getting to know us and our home. She researched the area before ever getting a contract from us. She presented a knowledgeable review of our area and made recommendations regarding listings that ended up being spot on. Her background in marketing and communications gave us the right edge in reaching buyers in our price point. Once the contract came, she was wonderful in seeing it through, even when our buyers had some challenges. Kate kept us calm and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. Even through all the COVID challenges, Kate was there for us every step of the way. On the other side of selling and buying, Kate started showing us homes while we were still in the exploratory phase of deciding to move. She never hinted that she was spending too much time without a commitment that we were even buying and selling. This exploratory time was critical for us and Kate's patience and amazing service were an important part of it. Further, we were interested in purchasing new construction and had little understanding of the value Kate would bring to the process. Needless to say, she was incredibly valuable to have in our corner as the go between with the builder especially as we hit delays on the selling side which impacted the buying side. I've given Kate's name to quite a few people with strong recommendations that they need her by their side. She's wonderful and is now our realtor for life, plus as an added bonus she's also become a real friend. We can't recommend her enough!
