Joann is a great realtor, she explained the entire process to us in terms that we could understand. She sold our home within 1 day of it going on the market for the price we wanted. She kept checking in with us along the way to see there was anything we needed. She even went above and beyond when we discovered that I forgot my husbands shirts in a closet in the home we sold, she contacted the new owners and was able to the shirts for us and UPS them to us at our new home which is out of state.
